Service terms overview
Your signed service agreement is the controlling document. This page summarizes the operating model and is not a replacement for that agreement.
Service model
Revorex provides campaign-specific voice automation and connected-call capacity. Clients remain responsible for their VICIdial installation, telecom providers, DIDs, trunks, and agent operations.
Capacity
Bot units determine campaign capacity according to the commercial configuration in your agreement. Capacity represents connected-call slots, not guaranteed qualified leads or dialed-call volume.
Acceptable use
Clients must use the service lawfully, obtain required consent, follow calling-time and do-not-call rules, and protect credentials issued for their systems.
Final agreement
Pricing, service levels, support, data retention, warranties, and termination terms must be defined in the signed agreement before production use.
